About

I help organizations eliminate operational chaos by designing systems that are simple, documented, and built to last.

With more than 20 years in enterprise IT, I have learned that technology rarely fails because of the technology itself — it fails because the underlying processes were never designed well.

How I Approach Problems

I have never been interested in implementing software for the sake of software. Every business already has systems — some are intentional, most are accidental. My job is to uncover how work actually happens, remove unnecessary complexity, and build processes that people can consistently follow.

Many consultants begin with software. I begin with understanding how your business actually operates. Technology is the last step — not the first.

I do not sell technology — I sell clarity.

My Process

I take a structured approach to understanding, improving, and implementing business systems. The high-level flow:

  1. Understand — How work actually flows day to day, not just the org chart.
  2. Analyze — Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and hidden risks.
  3. Design — Build a simpler process. Complexity is easy; simplicity takes work.
  4. Implement — Deploy tools and train your team. Automate where it creates real value.
  5. Optimize — Refine and improve. Systems should get better over time, not stale.

The detailed methodology, assessment frameworks, and delivery playbooks behind each step are proprietary. What matters is that the approach works — and your team can run the system after I leave.

Who I Work Best With

Founders, executives, and growing organizations that have reached the point where spreadsheets, sticky notes, and tribal knowledge are no longer enough. They know something needs to change — they just are not sure where to start.

If your team is growing but your systems have not kept up, we should talk.

Principles I Work By

  • Document before you automate.
  • Simplicity beats complexity.
  • Automate repetitive work — not human judgment.
  • Build systems your team can maintain.
  • Every process should have an owner.

Experience That Backs It Up

  • 20+ years in Information Technology
  • 10 years running my own technology business
  • 5 years supporting enterprise luxury retail — thousands of users, global infrastructure
  • 5 years supporting public-sector healthcare education — automated employee onboarding from days to hours
  • CompTIA Linux+ certified, Associate degree in Information Assurance

Not the Right Fit?

I work best with businesses that are ready to invest in real systems change. If you are looking for a quick fix or just want someone to set up a few tools without addressing underlying process issues, I may not be the right consultant for you. But if you want someone who will dig deep, ask hard questions, and build something that lasts — let us talk.

Build systems that keep creating value long after the project is finished.
